Operating steps
Maintenance and cleaning of air filter materials are: 8# T-sleeve, 10# T-sleeve, 10# plum wrench, a little oil, soapy water,
brush.

1. Open the clamp on the air filter and remove the housing of the air filter..

 

 

2. Clean air inlet of air filter housing.

 

 

3. Remove two layers of air filter elements, check whether the filter elements are damaged, replace it if damaged

 

 

4. Put the filter element into alkaline water and scratch it. Let dry after washing.
Tip: such as soap and water cleaning filter element can not be twisted, need to grasp the wash.

 

 

5. Remove the supporting plate of the filter element and check whether the supporting plate of the filter element is deformed. If
it is damaged and deformed, it needs to be replaced.
Tip: Tool 8# T-sleeve

 

 

6. Then clean the filter element support plate. To be continued.
